Su cuerpo está enterrado en un paraje inhóspito de la localidad de Pedrola, en Zaragoza. El hombre había sido golpeado fuertemente y enterrado vivo. Mohamed Ashraff y Hedangelyn Candy Arrieta han sido detenidos. La investigación está prácticamente cerrada porque la pulsera telemática que lleva Ashraff lo sitúa en todas y cada una de las agresiones. La pareja es detenida y ambos se acusarán mutuamente durante el juicio.
