We had a wonderful conversation about the importance of following our intuition, protecting our energy, and how to avoid distractions. Growing up in a Mexican household we were taught to avoid our feelings or suppress our stress. But as we get older it's essential to learn skills on how to cope with life.

But what do we expect from people who have strong connections to the Aguilar family? I share a personal opinion as the child of divorced parents due to infidelity. Indi is a child but eventually she will know the truth, and trust me la otra will always be la otra not the “wife”.

One of the biggest heartbreaks of our time: Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban call it quits after 20 years together, and to make things worse, it appears it was Keith who pulled the plug. But in true Hollywood fashion after every breakup up there is a new love story. Our Disney princess Selena Gomez finally said “I do” to Benny Blanco in an intimate wedding full of big stars in Santa Barbara CA, and of course, bestie Taylor Swift gave a speech. Talking about miss Swift, her new album “The Life of a Showgirl” has caused a wave of criticism but still broke records. I love this album! This and more chismesasos, let’s talk about it.
