    في زمن الحروب والصراعات، بكون الضغط على المجتمعات والأفراد قاسي،خصوصا بعد مرور سنة كاملة على حرب 15 أبريل نتجت منها صدمات وقلق واكتئاب، من أصوات الرصاص والمدافع، أو النزوح، او عدم توفر الغذاء والرعاية الطبية، او لاسباب كتيرة ممكن تأثر على صحتنا النفسية حتى لو ما اثرت فينا بشكل واضح، وبتختلف من شخص لآخر، وبالمقابل، بكون صعب توفير الخدمات النفسية لانو تلقائيا بتندحر أهميتها مع أولويات الحرب، ، ومن هنا بتجي أهمية الحديث عن الصحة النفسية لأنها تلعب دور كبير في بناء مجتمع سلمي عادل لكل السودانيين

    بودكاست صدى العدالة، وسيلة قوية لتوصيل الأصوات ولنشر الوعي حول الصحة النفسية، عبر حوارات مع مهتمين وخبراء، وممكن كمان يوفر معلومات نقدر نتعرف من خلالها عن أهمية الصحة النفسية، عشان نساهم حتى لو بحاجة بسيطة في طريق التغيير الإيجابي في السودان، وعشان نسلط الضوء على أهميتها في الحرب
