Keep it simple. Embrace food freedom by choosing:
- Whole foods over processed foods.
- Fiber-rich plant-based meals.
- Water between meals.
- Moderation.
Quick and Easy-to-prepare meals to start your journey
- Corn tortillas with black beans and salsa.
- Brown rice with vegetables and tofu.
- A baked sweet potato loaded with beans and greens.
- One-pot soups and stews.
Train your thoughts
While you're in the rhythm of meal preparation, let scripture train your thoughts. Write down a scripture promise for each rhythm Read it slowly. Speak it aloud. Let it interrupt anxious self-talk. Pray before meals—not out of routine, but with intention. Sing a psalm.
