2025年12月に三重県で開催された養老山地トレイルランニングレース41kmをタロウとNAOZOが走ってきました。
番組前半は、冬のトレランレースでの使用ギア、補給を含めたレースレポなど、低気温でのレースやトレーニング時の参考になればうれしいです。
番組後半は、貧脚ランナーズとしての2025年の振返りや収録メンバーの活動の振返り。そして2026年の貧脚活動予定や各々のレース予定など、ゆる～い雑談となっています。
貧脚ランナーズの一員となって、一緒にトレランを語り合っている気分で気楽に聴いていただければと思います。
