About this listen

The case of the murder of Deborah in Sokoto has raised so many eyebrows to how we view the rule of law in Nigeria. In this episode I try to look at how Laws are misrepresented in many parts of the country. The Supreme Court case I cited is SHALLA Vs STATE (2007) LPELR-3034(sc). Do try and go review the ruling. And I do hope this country will rise to the challenge of stopping these acts!
