About this listen

Butch Stienle, a former SWAT team member and Firefighter Bridger Miller chopped it up with me for a couple of hours on the 100th Episode. These two sent chills down my spine multiple times as they spoke heavily on their faith in God and how that has helped guide them through seeing the dark parts of our world.

Butch has spent the majority of his career kicking down doors and chasing bad guys. In the meantime, he found himself training for his pro MMA debut only to be stopped short by injury. Butch moved on to coaching and training people in self defense, weaponry, body building, and nutrition. He shares his expertise in these fields and gives the glory to God for where he is and what he has accomplished. There is always a turning point in a person's life and Butch tells the story of a gunfight he was involved in that changed his focus to God, family, and serving others.

Bridger spent the first part of his career as a teacher and swim coach. He swapped careers to firefighting where he has exceeded expectations. In Bridger's short career in the department, he has been exposed to scenes only imagined in movies. He relies on faith and family to help get him through these experiences. Bridger pushes himself to excel and makes those around him better.

In this episode, we explore nutrition, fitness, hunting, death, life, religion, raising kids, family and GOD.
