About this listen

 This was an incredibly hard episode to record. Although I do not go into detail about the aspects of neglect and abuse I endured, I want to express that if you're experiencing trauma, this might not be the right episode for you right now. I am in a place where my goal and priority is to heal so that I don't ruin my relationships with my daughters. My intention is never to hurt or shame anyone but to heal me. Finally.
