I haven’t recorded a podcast episode since mid-December, and today I’m sharing why.

I’m currently 17 weeks pregnant, and this season has required more from me than I expected physically, mentally, and emotionally. In this episode, I’m opening up about the pause, the pressure I felt to “stay consistent,” and what pregnancy is teaching me about health, habits, and letting go of perfection.

We talk about:

  • Why taking a pause doesn’t mean quitting
  • How pregnancy has shifted the way I define health
  • Letting go of unrealistic expectations and “shoulds”
  • Why grace creates more consistency than discipline
  • How to stay connected to your habits during low-capacity seasons

If you’ve been feeling behind on your goals, disconnected from your routine, or frustrated that your capacity looks different right now this episode is for you.

This is a reminder that health has seasons. Consistency doesn’t mean intensity. And showing up imperfectly still counts.

I’m grateful to be back, and I’m excited to share more honestly in this season of life.

💛 If this episode resonated with you, share it with a friend who needs encouragement or send me a message and tell me what season you’re in.
