聊禮物這個主題的契機是發現前幾集我們觀察的品牌們都沒有例外，會覆蓋到送禮物這個場景，網站上有特別的送禮頁面，裡面都有很豐富的內容和精緻的網頁設計。
整個調研中最印象深刻的一句話，是有位送禮顧問在訪談裡提到：「對我來說禮物是溝通的工具，也是「分享幸福（お福分け）」，覺得他說得很真誠，代表了一種最原始的人們送禮的純粹初心。
所以禮物不只是對物的研究，也是對人際關係的觀察。
