John Nguyen takes the lead in the software development processes and technical stacks of the organisation. For John, one of the attributes of a great leader is being able to manage through restrictions and find creative ways of overcoming them.

 
As a determined and systematic individual, John’s advice for young leaders is to keep learning as much as they can. He suggests reading books and participating in discussions to learn more and grow their knowledge.
