Carrie McCormick has been crushing it in the windy city of Chicago for over 20 years selling over $2B of real estate in the City core. Born and raised in Chicago, some would say her route into residential real estate was kismet. One fateful afternoon sitting at her desk at eTrade she decided to leave and take a walk. Her long walk ended as she wandered onto the site of a new building under construction and accidentally met the developer. The developer was impressed by Carrie’s insights and straight forward opinions about his project and soon after he offered her a job. Carrie quit her corporate job and jumped headfirst into New Development sales and the rest is history!
