Assim como alguém que sofre de transtornos psíquicos busca um tratamento, uma sociedade adoecida por transtornos sociais necessita de um trabalho de elaboração e da invenção de novos recursos psíquicos. Isso exige uma posição precisa por parte dos analistas, capaz de oferecer recursos que tornem possível algum horizonte de saúde mental para a população.
