富山県を流れる庄川で鮎を食べました。鮎の旬といえば夏ですが、冬の鮎「子持ち鮎」も絶品です。北アルプスの雪解け水が産んだ清流の「藻」を食べて育った鮎はいつ食べてもおいしいです。炭火で焼いて、水辺に生える「蓼（たで）」の葉を擦り下ろした「蓼酢」でいただきます。独特のピリッとした爽やかな辛さが、鮎のホクホクの卵を引き立てます。北陸の冬のおいしさです。自然をたくさん残している庄川に行くと本当にハッピーになります。
