Accusato di quasi 100 omicidi (di cui accertati 71), Pedro detto anche il Dexter brasiliano, è un serial killer senza pietà che toglie la vita solo a chi se lo merita. Una riflessione filosofica sul bene e sul male, nonchè il modus operandi che ricorda il protagonista della celebre serie americana, mettono Filho al primo posto tra i ricercati più spietati della serie.
