Crystal Haynie and Natalya Segarra are the owners of Best Practices Virtual Learning. They decided to start their virtual tutoring business when the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Their goal and mission is to help parents and students fill in the gaps due to the shift from face to face instruction to virtual learning. They want to give parents extra support and/or boost what is needed for their children. They offer many services including personalized/individual tutoring, group tutoring sessions, curriculum and homework support and advancement as well. Their goal is to help every child, no matter if they are struggling learners or they need a step up with instruction.

Best Practices Virtual Learning serves early childhood education (3 years old and up) through 8th grade (middle school). They have a wide range of certification areas including: Early Childhood and Elementary education, reading recovery, google certified, K-12 Reading Certified, and over 16 years of joint experience in teaching.
