Pero antes de entrevistar personas, hay preguntas clave que un líder debería hacerse:
- ¿Qué necesita lograr el equipo?
- ¿Qué estructura tiene sentido hoy?
- ¿Qué rol falta realmente?
- ¿Qué tipo de persona necesita este equipo en este momento?
El ingreso de una persona nueva es la excusa perfecta para:

🔹 reorganizar funciones
🔹 redefinir roles
🔹 y rediseñar la dinámica del equipo
