In this episode, I share my transformative experience at a sexuality retreat centred on de-armouring and emotional exploration. I talk about the Gaia Method, a body-oriented approach to healing, and reflect on powerful themes like intimacy, consent, and reclaiming personal power.

This journey led me into deep self-discovery, understanding the connection between sexuality and self-love, and breaking free from societal expectations around female sexuality. I open up about the emotional process of witnessing and holding space for raw feminine expression, the healing that came through connection and compassion, and how self-love played a vital role in healing trauma stored in my body.

Through it all, I reflect on how I found safety in pleasure, strength in vulnerability, and a deeper calling to support others on this path.
