Summary

 In this fourth part of our Elijah series, "Depression," we move from the mountaintop of victory to the valley of exhaustion. Despite his great faith, Elijah succumbed to fear and isolation after a threat from Jezebel, revealing how even the strongest leaders can face seasons of deep emotional darkness.

We explore how wearing ourselves out and shutting people out can lead to this valley, as well as God’s compassionate prescription for recovery. By focusing on physical rest, spiritual renewal, and a new assignment from God, we learn how to take our thoughts captive and find the strength to move forward.
