About this listen

In this episode, I share my personal decision to quit social media not from fear, burnout, or a mindset block, but from a deep intuitive knowing that something needed to change.

This conversation isn’t about making social media wrong. Many women thrive online. This is about what happens when constant noise, scrolling, content pressure, and algorithm-driven creation start to drown out your inner guidance, the very place manifestation begins.

I talk about how stepping away from social media quietened my mind, restored my creative flow, and strengthened my ability to hear my intuition clearly. I also share why manifestation requires space, presence, and clean energy not constant stimulation or comparison and how removing distraction allowed me to trust the God/Universe in a whole new way.

This episode is an invitation to reflect on your own relationship with noise, attention, and intuition… and to ask whether doing less might actually help you manifest more.
