Todo empezó por la leche. Aunque los visitantes de esta “granja” no solo acuden por su chocolate o su nata, también quieren conocer la cuna del batido Cacaolat, una fórmula familiar de 1931. Y es que la familia Viader es conocida por endulzar encuentros, desde hace 5 generaciones, con productos singulares con la leche como base, como su queso mató, leche mallorquina (leche fría servida con canela y limón) cuya receta trajo de las islas la abuela de Mercè Viader, su actual propietaria, o su crema catalana, legado de su bisabuela.
