About this listen

Today’s guest Jessica Quezada, a Dallas native and a graduate of Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts in 2012, followed her passion for photojournalism by joining the United States Marine Corps as a Combat Correspondent in 2013. During her service, she was stationed at various locations, including Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan, where she served as the current and future operations chief for the Public Affairs Office. Additionally, she worked at a Recruiting Station in Orange County, where she refined her skills in media relations and marketing.
In her free time, Jessica founded LiboRisk, a military travel community that has evolved into a thriving business. Focused on providing transformative travel experiences for military personnel, she aims to expand the business and organize retreats while pursuing a Bachelor's degree in sports psychology.
