Our core of self-worth should be tied to Jesus so that mortals cannot define us.
God always listens to us whereas mortals do not.
It is easier to give Love and forgiveness to others when you realize your self-worth comes from God and not your family or friends.
Loving yourself means Loving God and having an active relationship with Him.
