Rich Harding is a Purple Belt fighting out of Parity Martial Arts in Southampton, and is up on Coastal Combat Festival on Saturday 7th February in Dorchester Prison. He has some great tips for all of us that feel like we know very little at Blue Belt, and shares a mindful approach to striking.
