About this listen

In this episode, we interview Joseline Nicholas, who is a dedicated REALTOR® who combines her passion for real estate, statistics and education to help investors in Ontario. Her passion in real estate began as an investor. She has been in the real estate and property management business for six years. Although she got started as a real estate investor, she quickly found her passion for helping other investors find deals in Southern Ontario.

Joseline studied Business and Economics at McMaster University and thereafter, completed a master’s degree in Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University. Before she started her real estate career, she worked in the public sector as an Economist. She enjoys using her investment experience, her education as well her passion and love for serving people to help investors make the best-informed real estate decisions.

Joseline's goal is to make sure that her clients are happy with the results she delivers; that she becomes the real estate agent of choice; and the agent investors recommend to people they care about.

In this interview, we chat with Joseline about moving to Canada at the age of 17 on her own from a refugee camp, finding mentors at different stages of life, being careful with who you take advice from, and successfully sponsoring her entire family to come and join her in Canada!
