In deze aflevering het mooie maar ook ingrijpende (levens)verhaal van Thijs Slegers. Bekend geworden als journalist bij VI en de Telegraaf en op dit moment al jaren actief als manager perszaken/communicatie bij PSV.
In deze periode heeft hij veel mooie momenten gekend maar ook persoonlijke dieptepunten. Zo verteld hij over z’n gezin, z’n carrière en hoe de samenwerking met Johan Derksen verliep. Thijs sloot in deze periode ook vriendschappen met Zlatan en Andy van der Meijde, ook zij passeren de revue.
Helaas heeft Thijs ook de keerzijde van het leven meegemaakt en komt ook z’n herseninfarct en de acute leukemie ter sprake maar we sluiten af met hoe (positief) Thijs de toekomst ziet en over zijn nieuwe functie bij PSV.
