Manuel doesn't know exactly when he was born, but he knows the traditional ways of the land. The Northern Territory man is filled with stories from when he first saw a whitefella, to the dreaming of how the land came to be.
We would like to begin by acknowledging the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we meet today, and pay our respects to their Elders past and present. We extend that respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples here today.
