The two have stayed connected over the years despite Anna leaving dance to pursue her studies, studying for a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Anna shares what it was like to quit dance during a pandemic and transition into academic life. They discuss the excitement of change but also how her new life brought new demands and challenges. They chat about all things from routines, productivity and how to stay motivated.
