En este episodio tocamos un tema muy común en todos los seres humanos, el dolor abdominal crónico, que muchas veces es mal diagnosticado como colitis o gastritis, pero que en realidad se trata de una enfermedad compleja, multisistémica y que es dificl de buscar para hacer su diagn´sotico, nos referimos a la Enfermedad de Crohn, que pertenece a un grupo de enfermedades inflamatorias del intestino (CUCI y Crohn), que pueden producir ademas de color abdominal crónico, oclusión intestinal, fístulas, etc; esta enfermedad puede afectar de la boca hasta el ano y debemos sabemos como perseguir su rastro para hacer su diagnóstico.
