My friend Alex made a bad decision after a break-up.
We had daily check in's and sometimes it was twice a day, he was incredibly skilled. His heart was big, he loved everyone around him, he meant well, and the one place he felt he failed was in his relationship.
Where he could not hold onto the woman he loved for nearly a lifetime, he was broken when she told him she wanted out, her life continued with another person.
Where to from here? He felt he didn't have the answer or the clarity, until one day he thought he did.
