About this listen

Real time follow along body doubling episode

Our little virtual book club is a true experiment to see if we can get through a whole book together, learn something that will truly help and support us AND make it a ton of fun ✨😊

And don't worry, you can start from the beginning (Day 1) at any time. Grab the book: https://amzn.to/3Q0QaNC

Day Thirty Homework:

  1. Get honest with yourself, can you afford help? Once or twice a month perhaps?
  2. If yes - schedule it.
  3. If no - body double. Buddy up with a friend in a similar predicament or use online body doubling tools (Body Doubling Club)

And that's it!!

Don't forget to come back tomorrow for Chapter 31 ❤️

Come share your thoughts and AHA moment over on the Facebook group: Private Facebook Group ✨
