When was the last time you fully recovered from everything happening around you?
Nobody can function to the best of their abilities by always being switched on, but we are.
The expectation is that we should be able to function optimally, all the time, but we know that is rarely the case.
Recovery is important in maintaining momentum and progress in whatever you are doing.
It is also highly personal and you should always look within to understand what works for you.
What does recovery look like to you?
Whatever you do with your day, you always have the power to question everything. Take some time to remain curious. Assume nothing as always, and remember to trust yourself.
