    Here's the recipe:

    1 pound ground turkey

    Half teaspoon original powder

    1 teaspoon garlic powder

    1 teaspoon onion powder

    1 teaspoon Italian

    1 tablespoon of turmeric

    1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

    One cup of blended bell pepper

    3/4 jar of generic meat flavor pasta sauce

    1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

    Parmesan cheese for garnish

    3/4 box of Banza rotini pasta

    Salt

    Pepper

    *****

    Prepare noodles as directed on box

    Set aside noodles once finished and drained

    In a pan cook ground turkey until it’s browned

    Once done add turmeric oregano, Italian seasoning, cayenne pepper, garlic, onion, and salt and pepper to taste

    Set aside ground turkey

    In a pan, add in bell pepper, pasta sauce, and red pepper flakes. Let simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.

    Once the sauce cooks out some moisture, add in the meat and let simmer for five more minutes then add pasta

    Add parm cheese and serve
