During our group meeting, our manager spoke unapologetically about her ideas for the project. We all glanced at each other, waiting for someone brave enough to bring it up. Finally, my colleague sighed and said it out loud, and once he did, we felt relieved. After that, we started making a new plan together, and the conversation became much easier.
