Die UN-Resolution 1325 fordert seit 2000 die gleichberechtigte Beteiligung von Frauen an Friedensprozessen. Doch ihr Anteil liegt weltweit bei unter 13 Prozent. Am Beispiel der Ukraine zeigt sich: Sicherheit ist mehr als Militär. Sie braucht die Stimmen jener, die Gesellschaft tragen. In der Woche vor dem Internationalen Frauentag spricht Stefania Pitscheider-Soraperra, Direktorin des Frauenmuseum Hittisau, in ihren „Gedanken für den Tag“ über Frauen als Akteurinnen von Versöhnungsarbeit.
