In der Öffentlichkeit werden Vermieter gerne als natürlicher Feind der Mieter dargestellt. Ist ja auch irgendwie logisch. Steigende Mieten bedeuten ja auch höhere Gewinne. Aber ohne Mieter hätten wir auch gar keine Gewinne, also müssten wir doch eigentlich Mieterfreunde sein. Schwierig irgendwie. Höchste Zeit also, dass sich die Haus-Meister mal mit der Gretchenfrage der Immobilienwirtschaft beschäftigen – und einfache Antworten auf eine schwierige Frage finden.
