Mit Comics lässt sich kein Geld verdienen, das kennt man zur Genüge. Aber so ganz stimmt das nicht. Die Zauberworte heißen Lizenzierung. Filmrechte. Merchandise. T-Shirts. Tassen. Lunchboxen. Oder kurz: IPs. Der US-Markt zum Beispiel macht es vor.
Nur eignet sich auch jeder Comic für diese Form der Monetarisierung? Sollte man das vielleicht sogar beim Entwurf mitdenken? Oder gehören einem die Figuren am Ende gar nicht?
