    We have to keep things balanced. Health and a long life are goods given to us by God, and though they're not the absolute goods of life (think of the martyrs), we must care for what God has given us.

    Prudence and Temperance are #1 (and #2).

    We must keep our diets, our sleep, our exercise, our stress, our recreation, our work, our family time all in proper balance, to the degree that it matches our state of life.
