  • Misery Loves Company: Giants Go Cold, Packers Lose Parsons
    Dec 19 2025

John and Seamus commiserate about their respective miserable Sundays, which came from a multitude of sources. John endured the freezing cold temperatures and snowy weather just to watch the Commanders ice out the Gmen. On the other hand, Seamus battled train delays and spotty wifi just to watch the injury riddled Packers blow a 9 point lead to the Broncos. By far the most significant of those injuries being Micah Parsons' season ending Torn ACL he sustained in the third quarter. Nonetheless, the Duo find some things to look forward to, namely a playoff push for the Pack and an exciting CFP season incoming.

For now, he's pleased with the way the Packers played, especially offensively, but he knows the job's not finished. John doesn't have much to say since the Giants were idle last week but he looks ahead (not forward) for their upcoming game against Washington. After a shortened Giants segment, John is chomping at the bit to bring up the less exciting part of Seamus' Sunday, which was the Notre Dame Fighting Irish being removed from the CFP bracket. The Duo debate Notre Dame's exclusion, and the college football playoff selection process overall, in an animated segment you won't want to miss.
