Op zondag 17 april 2016 ging op het Kinderkorenfestival in de Nationale Opera & Ballet in Amsterdam ‘De Ballade van Mizzi Moon’ in première. De compositie op basis van de nieuwe tekst van Bart Moeyaert is van Bob Zimmerman. Van de live uitvoering (sopraan Zinzi Frohwein, tenor Marc Pantus en vijftien kinderkoren uit heel Nederland) bestaat jammer genoeg geen geluids- of beeldopname. Er is alleen deze demo-versie.
