 Historie in De Slotronde! De slee van Kimberley Bos was amper tot stilstand gekomen of de historische prestatie van de skeletonster werd besproken. Dit deed oud-biatleet en presentator Herbert Cool met niemand minder dan de voorgangster van Bos, namelijk Nicolien Sauerbreij. De twee vrouwen hebben gemeen dat zij als enigen Nederlandse niet-schaatsmedailles op de Winterspelen hebben gewonnen. Uiteraard is ook journalist Hans Klippus van de partij, net als Eurosport-commentator Gert Meinardi. Meinardi blikt vooruit op het optreden van alpineskiër Maarten Meiners.
