Live van in de Warotzaal in Herent ontvangen we trailloopster Laura Van Vooren en haar coach Wannes Lybaert.
Laura won een Major by UTMB in Val d'Aran. Vorige week werd ze nog Belgisch Kampioene long distance trail running op de GTLC.
We hebben het samen met haar en Wannes over hun aanpak, speciale trainingsmethode specifiek gericht op trailrunning en hier en daar wat tips voor Seppe moest hij ooit terug aan de start staan van de UTMB.
