Dal 2017 Commissario Tecnico della nazionale femminile di pallavolo, vice campione del mondo nel 2018. Da primo allenatore ha vinto lo scudetto con Foppapedretti Bergamo nel 2011; con Pomì Casalmaggiore nel 2015; con Imoco Volley Conegliano nel 2016. Ha inoltre vinto la Supercoppa Italiana con Bergamo nel 2011 e Conegliano nel 2016. Nel 2017 ha vinto la Coppa Italia con l'Imoco Volley Conegliano.
