More about Lisa: As a retired attorney and mother of three who has lived through the experience of divorce and come out a little broken but a lot stronger, I recognize that people going through divorce need something different. My divorce coaching provides the support and guidance that helps my clients uncover the answers they need that may be buried under years of negative messaging. More about Dr. Elana Hoffman: Dr. Elana Hoffman is a Clinical Psychologist and relationship coach with a Washington, D.C.–based telehealth practice. She specializes in helping people navigate relationships at every stage—from dating and marriage to healing and rebuilding after divorce—with a focus on creating secure, authentic, and deeply connected partnerships. Originally from Bethesda, MD, Dr. Hoffman works with clients virtually across the U.S. Her practice also includes two highly skilled coaches: one specializing in relationship support and another in executive functioning—particularly helpful for those discovering that feeling “like a mess” may actually be undiagnosed ADHD. In addition to individual and couples work, Dr. Hoffman facilitates an ongoing drop-in divorce support group. She is the host of the podcast Talk Relationship To Me, where she explores modern relationships through both her professional expertise and lived experience with divorce, dating, and co-parenting.

She is also the author of So, Your Wife Left You…Now What?, a practical and compassionate guide for men navigating divorce and moving forward with intention.
