 Pferde gehören einfach zum Münsterland – das wird vor allem im nordrhein-westfälischen Landgestüt in der Pferdehauptstadt Warendorf deutlich. Es ist das Zentrum in NRW, wenn es um Zucht und Reitsport geht. 100 Pferde sind hier in den historischen Stallungen untergebracht. Die 80 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter kümmern sich um das tägliche Wohl. Auch Auszubildende teilen hier die Faszination rund ums Pferd.
