    Since the last episode, much has happened. I graduated with my bachelor's degree (finally after nearly 5 years of half-time classes) (not discussed in this episode) which is part of the reason why it has been so long since the last episode.

    I realized that there was more to say on what finally motivated me to start therapy. I will talk about this more in future episodes.
