About this listen

In RERUN episode #103, Mel and Trish were excited to sit down with life coach Susie Pettit to discuss people pleasing and co-dependency - what it is, how it shows up in midlife and how to deal with it. The more the girls chatted with Susie, the more ah-ha moments there were as they identified what was happening in their own lives. But the good stuff doesn’t end there. The chat then moved onto boundaries or guidelines as Susie calls them. What are they, how to deal with push-back and how are we getting them so wrong?

Susie Pettit is an educator, certified Parent, Life and Wellness Coach and the mum of five sons ranging in age from 8-26. She is the host of the ‘Love Your Life Show’ podcast. She runs a monthly membership for Midlife Warriors and is the owner of Strength: Mind and Body.

This is a big episode content-wise because Susie doesn't just talk the talk but really has walked the walk. She’s an incredible woman with a powerful story and at all times, has demonstrated great resilience which she now shares through her work.

Enjoy the dynamic Susie Pettit.
