  • Summary

  • Our next real crime story gives us the opportunity to reflect on hate. Hate, a constant desire to harm someone, is often blind and apparently not rational. think about racial hate or hatred towards members of one religion rather than another. In essence, sometimes, it seems that you hate someone for no precise reason but only because they are perceived as different.
Some political leaders have used this nefarious sentiment to become dictators. A striking example in our times is Hitler who led the German people towards the racist persecution against the Jews.
Hate differs from revenge because the latter is aimed at satisfying a desire to get justice for a wrong suffered and to settle the score with those who have caused the pain.
It also differs from anger which is a violent reaction, sometimes an uncontrollable urge. Hate broods for days, months, years, sometimes for a lifetime. He who falls prey to it, acts, in a deliberate premeditated way.
The conclusion of this umpteenth tragedy written by fate and shared with you, by us here at Real Crime is out there for all to see, it is evident that of hate and for hate you can kill but then it is also demonstrated that those who brood hate end up being trapped by it for life.
