 Elizabeth Krohn recounts her near-death experience at age 28, during which she was struck by lightning while holding an umbrella. The incident left her paralyzed and caused her and her son's eardrums to burst. She describes seeing herself outside the synagogue and being drawn to a garden where she had a two-week conversation with a figure she believes to be God.

During this time, she learned about the non-linear nature of time and received insights about her life, including predictions of a divorce and the birth of a third child. Despite the challenges, she decided to return to life to fulfill her role as a mother.
