Sophia graduated from Dublin City Schools in 2020. She went on to the University of Cincinnati where, after multiple major changes, graduated with a degree in Operations Management from UC's Lindner College of Business. She landed two co-op experiences with a construction company in college which led to her career as a project engineer at Danis Construction here in Dublin. Sophie shares her experiences as a young female engineer, the importance of internships, and how high school programs can prepare students for their careers. She emphasizes the significance of finding a company that aligns with one's values and the need for early exposure to real-world experiences in shaping career paths.
